In Hawaii, Marriage Licenses are obtained from the Department of Health. Because Hawaii actively promotes wedding tourism, the marriage licensing process has been streamlined, and it is remarkably easy and fast. Check out the link below for instructions and information.
Following the marriage, the Department of Health will normally send out a copy of the Marriage Certificate by mail in 30 to 90 days. Because your official Marriage Certificate (not the temporary copy) is required evidence for establishing the existence of a legal marriage for immigration purposes, you will need to return to the Department of Health 7 to 10 days after your marriage to request that they print out the official Marriage Certificate.
